A well taken goal by Demarai Gray that gave England U21s the lead. Poland have a name in their starting eleven that will make Wolves fans cringe, a player with the surname Frankowski. Both Hause and Iorfa on the bench for England U21s.

Have you seen the Semi final draw though, its all very confusing. Its pencilled in that we're playing Germany at the moment, but it could be Portugal or Italy/Czech Republic instead. The only certainty is that we wont play Spain!

Chile all over the krauts and should be a couple of goals up.

A mistake in the Chile defence and Germany score a tap in.

    Typical.

Threw absolutely everything at Germany but as usual, Germany do what Germany do. Great game.

God, we are light years behind this level.

Chile, even in the loss, the most entertaining national team on the planet. Good game. Germany pipped to win every international title available to them for the foreseeable future. Maybe they need to start sending their "C" squad just for a challenge.

I endorse all of the views expressed above. What a game. Germant so impressve, no panic when they struggled in the first twenty mins, stayed patient, level headed and above all else confident. What a team this is going to be over the next ten years.

Condolences to a great Chile side who showed so much talent and passion, but the Germans will not be moved when their mind is set
