Not sure what people don't understand about Dongda He wanting to go to a Premiership club that has much better facilities, Chinese owners and a shed load of money. He turned down a pro deal with us and was on his way so Hardy could either take it to a tribunal and get next to nothing as he'd not made a single appearance for us and was only on a youth deal or take whatever Wolves offered.

Where on Earth do people get the player's 'weekly wage' figures from? Are they guesswork or do they have a basis in info?

If you do a bit of research you can get a rough idea.

For example in the link below our average weekly wage last season was £1,428 which was the 4th highest in the league behind Luton Lincoln, Mansfield in that order at that time.

Call me old fashioned but I would say yes it is. Crap players get you relegated, recruiting crap players comes under the way the club is run?

Doesn't matter Elite, in MiG's mind if we'd started them all they'd be premiership quality by now, that's how it works, if only the club knew!

The question is were they educated right at Meadow Lane and given a chance to progress. IMO opinion no but you experts will have your own theory. Look a Thompson flourishing now he has someone who believes in him.

As far as we are concerned - league position is related to how well we are run.

But with those others ... you're not interested.
