If any of these [uT*$ in power stumbled across you starving to death in a field, they'd squash your face into the dirt underfoot in order to stuff their fat face with the last carrot, the Murdoch press in tow ready to adopt the position of a human toilet to feast upon on their excrement. The gullible, in turn, will gobble up the media droppings and recycle it all over the internet. It's a disgusting sight.
I think you're best advised to keep on with your quizzes, UTM, for purposes of your own mental health.

The anti-Brexit group Led By Donkeys has just started playing videos (Boris Johnson asking people to stay at home and interviews with people who made significant sacrifices not to break the lockdown) on a giant screen outside Cummings' house.

I agree completely with the point they are making, and even agree with their position on Brexit, but this is an incredibly stupid thing to do. They will get likes on Twitter from Remain ultras, but most normal people will feel uncomfortable with it.

It's probably very annoying for people who live around there and any family he has in the house.

It turns a non-partisan question of unethical behaviour by a politician into a tribal issue.

A government advisor travelling up and down the country during a lockdown that most people have respected fully is electoral kryptonite. The Conservative party is tearing itself apart in slow motion. All they had to to was sit back and watch.

So much wrong with modern politics.

I've reached the point now where I'd support the big kick-off, and I'm not talking football. I've always been opposed to violence but maybe this is the time to press the reset button.

It seems the pressure on him is growing.
I'd still be surprised if he went, these kind of govts have an interest in having no shame in politics, no right or wrong, no comeback on their lies and hypocrisy - an amoral environment so the rich and powerful can do whatever they want.
My bet is he survives, hope I'm wrong.

Hmm. These 14,000 people who were fined will be furious when they find out the government’s rules were only ‘advisory’.
It seems they are for Mr Cummings but for the rest of us they are regulations, ie law

It is the great distraction for many, myself included, but today I'm half hoping it doesn't come back for that very reason. People should and need to be angry.

We're naked apes in the human zoo (Desmond Morris) and the conditions have not been as close to ready for mass rioting and revolution in this country in living memory as they are now.

    interesting times.

It's a pity really as I think he's occasionally very funny and clearly an intelligent person, but I find it gets lost in his trolling for aggro which is just pretty much constant across all threads now.
The forever face at the window, banished by dreary driller. Let it be known, for continually having a pop at my leftie mates, navy is to be ignored, his name spoketh no more. Anyone found to be in communication with navy or passing him food shall suffer a similar fate. Quick question, if utm gets over his present downer ( I know it's hard mate and I feel for you ) and sets more quizzes, am I allowed to participate
? I eagerly await not get a reply.

Don't worry Navy, I won't ignore you. In fact, I'll send you a pizza!

Thank you jackman, thank you, I've not been able to stop crying since dreary driller issued his decree. Can I choose my own toppings?
