Inflation combined with low interest rates that have nowhere to go. Broken supply chain. We're seeing the tip of the iceberg of what's to come. This country is screwed. And I told you all so.

I'll be fine wherever I choose to live. It's those less fortunate that I worry about.

Fair point but, you're predicting all the shelves to be empty soon so what will you eat?

You didn't look where I did then? Many empty shelves with notes on saying that the problem is due lack of transport. Other shelves just doubled up with the same produce. Hardly any fruit or veg in some shops amongst many other problems.

It's a different world today than it was 2 years ago. But the main difference is, it depends on which side you voted for on Brexit and that will be the same for a generation or so.

Brittain as screwed as any other nation in the developped world because we contimue to say it is.

Its funny, I was just in Europe for a couple of weeks and didn't see a single empty shelf. The first supermarket I visited upon returning to the UK had a completely empty bread section saying it was due to "unforseen circumstances".

There was nothing unforseen about it.

Go and tell a poor person in india that they have it just as bad as a poor person in the UK.

We are a country of people who take for granted and don't appreciate much of what we have and will throw many hard fought advantages away because we're gullible and believe what corrupt rich people manipulate us into thinking.

To reiterate... I told you so.
