A lot of Rotherham fans have the same attitude towards our manager.

Now the style of player Sadlier is, doesn't make him a natural fit into the team formation and tactics that our management like, but everytime he has played he tries and it was him on tuesday pushing the team forward, encourging the young lads to press, he scored 3 goals from 5 chances and got an assist and still fans moan about him. This season he has played right wing back, left wing back, central midfielder and second striker, he wants to play and he gives his best, be grateful we have players of his quality and desire that want to play for us and get off his back.
I gush over the majority of our players and what they bring to the team. I don't particularly rate Sadlier because of what he hasn't done on the pitch when given chances. I get he has been used in a number of positions and isn't a natural fit given the formation we play, I don't blame him for that at all. I don't question his work ethic but that doesn't mean I should be thankful that he wants to play for us. We aren't a charity, he gets paid doesn't he? Of course we pick and choose who is good enough for us, not as much as many above but undoubtedly more than many below. I never said he doesn't try, I could try, but if me playing is to the detriment to the team rather than playing someone else then that's not right. I feel others are better suited to play and within my right to say so IMO. As you are entitled to your opinion. Trying isn't a reason to be picked on its own.

Yes he has a good free kick in him, good penalty taker maybe, might play his best has a number 10 but over the 90 minutes+ he’s not old enough imo playing out of position.

If he can’t fit in then maybe time to move on

Old enough? Maybe he should dye his hair gray, develop a beer belly and grow a long white beard?

    Played very well @ Morecambe.
Gave their defenders a torrid time which helped to push their team back a bit and enable us to hold onto the one goal lead

Sadlier is a good player and that can't really be disputed.
He can strike a ball and find himself in great positions to receive the ball. I personally think that he lacks good decision making and that's holding him back.

With all of the players that we have there aren't many that don't improve under this management team. Even to the point where they're prepared to send players out on loan to gain experience which benefits us in the long run.
The mentality of some of the players has seen them move on. The recruitment is excellent and has improved.

Under TS and Paul Warne we're a competitive team and club.
Under the EFL and prem rules we're always going to struggle in the Championship.

I love promotion seasons and enjoy the seasons in the Championship. Staying up the next time will be like a promotion and it's what we need to attract a better quality of players but that's if we can afford them.

Sadlier one of my boys like Lamy there's an end product. Ogbene hasn't but while this manager is here he'll go way of JCH Yates Lamy Cooper

If we were to sell on any of those current players that you mention which do you think would command the higher price?
