Having just given this a bit more thought I think we are all including myself missing a huge point .

It's not the consortium per se is it that's the problem ?

It's actually only one man and member who is the poison within the club .

Conway isn't the majority shareholder but he's the one calling the shots , the one who appears to wield the greatest power , the one who ran the club during the summer and the one who is responsible for this debacle .

You can't tell me the other members of the consortium as a collective are too happy about how things have gone under his running of the club .

It isn't necessarily the consortium that needs to go it's fecking Conway which wouldn't be the worst compromise you could accept .

Surely Conway has to be accountable , accountable to us but accountable to the rest of the consortium too .

His fingerprints are all over this season and in my opinion the buck stops with him and In any other business he would have been removed for such appalling quality of work .

The player who was going to sign for us did one back down the motorway for very good reason and that was meeting Conway and seeing straight through him and that's not to mention many others who have left the club during the last 6 months , some have been here for years let's not forget .

I'd be more than happy by way of compromise to see Conway removed and the rest of them stay on and be given the opportunity to fix this club and resurrect relationships with supporters and the Cryne family .

I may not be right of course and all of em could be poison including the Cryne family but I suspect 90% of our problems point directly at Conway and Conway alone .

I'm always reminded of the late great Tony Benn's five questions you should ask the likes of Conway .

1, What power do you have ?

2, Where did you get your power ?

3, In whose interests do you exercise your power ?

4, To whom are you accountable ?

5, How can we get rid of you ?

I suspect the Supporters Trust wouldn't be asking those five little gems at a forum .

Good post that Animal. It has been Conway who was in charge this summer, and it was Conway who was in charge in the summer of 2019.
He clearly isn't a CEO and should not be running the football club.
I had no problem with the other CEO's, Mansford, Gauthier and Dane, but I am not so sure about the new fella.

It's not just this club he's spread his poison either Nozzer , the groups French and Swiss club are up in arms with Conway too .

I'd suggest Conway is an extremely serious threat to what ever it is PMG are trying to accomplish and is a loose cannon .

When tha thinks back to the press conference unveiling the PMG 4 years ago, Conway did most of the talking and looked happy to hog the limelight. The language barrier may have been a reason why Lee, Hung and Parek didn't speak much. Conway was clearly acting as spokesperson that day. Don't know about loose cannon, I think they all pyss in the same pot. The debt owned to the Cryne family for the purchase of this club is surely down to the PMG as an entirety. That debt hasn't been paid 4 years into their tenure. I don't like Conway but as an equal shareholder I'm not willing to single him out. They all have to be held responsible for this mess. I don't trust any of them and with all due respect Animal I don't think Conway's departure would change a great deal if I'm being honest.

I get that Pass and I wouldn't disagree with you .

The language thing seems a logical reason why he's in reality the main face of PMG .

My opinion is that when there are groups of people someone is always the alpha and it isn't always necessarily the majority shareholder .

Someone always influences policy more than the others , someone always has the ear of the top man which in our case is Lee .

You've only to see how much power and influence Cummings had in Downing Street and we are talking here about the very top job in the country .

I'm desperately trying to figure out some way that the club can be fixed because somebody has to own the club and that's not going to easy to solve , wanting them out is one thing but what then ?

Evolution rather than revolution may be our best hope .

They/West Brom haven't won at ours in the league and cup, in any of our lifetimes.
But Chop is almost right what he said, they won here 2-3 in a July friendly once, after being 2-0 down actually!.
