Well, whatever we are doing at the moment isnt working. We're getting over run by the sounds of it now. I would defo change formation. Maybe 4 3 3 with Cal in his natural position. Take Brindley off and have Richatdson at RB?

This formation will never work with Roberts in the team, it didn't earlier in the season and it isn't now.

Whenever we play Roberts in the 3-5-2 we don't look as good.

Roberts is definitely a problem for IB. The manager sees Cal's ability and wants him on the pitch, but it means shoe-horning him into IB's preferred formation and it just doesn't suit him. You only see half the player. Roberts is a winger, not a wing-back or a central (attacking) midfielder.
