It was struck with left footed venom and was worthy of winning any game.

Unfortunately for the Donkey and shyteinshoe it did.

Being 'played off the park' is what the Mhinks did to their unwashed cousins a few weeks ago in the first half of the OF whilst going in 3-0 up at half time. Yesterday was nothing of the sort. At no point was I concerned we weren't winning that game yesterday.

Just as a reference point, West ham almost went out of the FA Cup last weekend to Kidderminster Harriers but scored an injury time equaliser before going on to score a winner with the last kick of extra time. Is there anyone at all who for a moment considers Kidderminster who play six leagues below West ham, are a better team than West ham? I'd seriously doubt it. My point is, yesterday was a cup tie on a ****ing disgrace of a pitch. We won, we didn't concede and are in the next round. I couldn't give a flying **** if Partick thistle were unlucky or not, don't care a **** what Jobby McCall has to say about it either. **** thistle, their court case, and their gob****e manager, bring on the draw!

Why are people making excuses for another poor performance? The kind of performance we’ve witnessed time after time this season. Like everyone else, I’m delighted to be through but it’s another worrying display against a team sitting mid table of the league below. They were also playing on the same park as us and managed to control and pass the ball much better.
The trouble outside was at the exit where United and Thistle fans came out at the top of the road. There were about a dozen Thistle fans getting picked on by a much bigger group of United ‘fans’. Typical hard man behaviour - acting tough as fawk when you outnumber the opposition 10 to 1. There were a few punches thrown and it didn’t come to much but it looked like it could have turned very ugly.

It was a one-off cup tie. All that matters is getting through to the next round

They are only mid table due to a number of postponements on that paddy field they call home.Shedka put up the stats and they are probably shoe-ins for at least the play offs.Their last 5 form is WDDWD Killie's is DWLLW.
