Ironically I thought Ben had a really good first half but an awful second half and I'd have subbed him, couldn't believe they took an attacking midfielder off in Rathbone, to replace him with a defensive midfielder in Lindsay when Rathbone was playing well, and we are behind and chasing the game. Yes Rathbone was a mystery

Ogbene staying on was even more so

Think most were as astonished as Basil when he got subbed.
Yesterdays defeat was on the cards, warney departure and it being Wigan. Always tight games against them. Fine details change outcomes.
They played a perfect game. We had chances the first half that could have changed the outcome, but of course we didn’t take them.
Think it’s harsh though calling the wood / Peltier set up after one game.
Would it have been a master stroke if we had won?
We need a bit of time for the dust to settle.
I’d be happy for more time for the current setup to be given a chance.
Outside manager would be second choice only.

Cuffy was MOM for me. Some flash’s of brilliance from him.

Except we have the " nice" legacy but Wigan aren't " nice" and basically they steamrollered us.
Or they could just play a high tempo pressing game with some neat forward moves plus taking the few chances they had better than us on the day?

Why must you always have to make everything b0llocks?

All of our players were bullied yesterday, including Wood the one that usually sets the example.

Dear oh dear, the Warne legacy rumbles on.

He's got the life of Riley, a lifestyle many would envy.
That comment shows that you are not a very intelligent person, a persons mental state is not just related to the job they have. In sports the mental state is so important, all the talent in the world is useless if a player or coach is not mentally in the right place.

But why must that = us being 'nice'?

You can have a nasty fighter being out fought by a slightly bigger and quicker nasty fighter.

I can't understand what's happening. Norton-Cuffy on right with no support behind him Harding who should be there was on the left. Hall better central but we have to accommodate Wood there. We are still working to Warney's tactics or non-tactics! Left hand side that's no better. Washington no point playing him without support up front. Saying Chieo should have been taken off who have we got to replace him? Need someone to change it.

    No need for the insult

Just as there is no need for armchair psychologists giving excuses a player that played badly. It happens to all players at some time or other

Can't disagree with the first statement but as to the second, Warne left less than 2 weeks ago and we don't have a replacement manager. Exactly what and whose tactics do you expect the team to adopt?

You're the one that always wants Harding to play on the left!!
