The new signings will come good the players we need in this league. Imo the injury to bw affected taylor subs as think he would have brought bramall on to run at their number 15. and he kept us attacking while i believe and others sat around us warne would have parked the bus and some one made a point he wouldnt have signed the new players
Talking of subs any reason wood wasnt on bench.

Better players available so he wasn't needed?

Like I said earlier in the season, whether we stay up or not will largely depend on how often we need the captain to play. If we are able to field better players than our largely consistent leader, even with his shortcomings, then happy days.

Most will get what I mean and know I'm not slating him.

Fair result with neither side really threatening the goalies.
Best chance was Odoffins header in the first half
Hall and Humphreys were immense at the back with young Leo battling with Cameron for MOM.
Hugill slotted in fine, loved his effort, skill and commitment a crackling signing.
Coventry showed later on and will only get better.
Oddoffin was really good again and the rest of the lads were brilliant.
I hope Wright isn't injured too much, he did touch the ball with an intelligent head back to Victor prior to his injury.
Also anyone who thinks the ref had a good game need therapy, the free kick he gave at the end of the first half was one of the worst decisions I have ever seen.

Like Grist says jake, the ref didn't see it and was carrying on playing but the 4th official, who the incident was right in front of, had a word with the red via their earpiece, and whatever anyone else might think of the ref we have had far worse than him this season IMO and he let a lot of things go for both sides which kept the game flowing. I’ve never and probably never will applaud this ref.

How does he ref in Prem?

Not sure if it was same player who was winding (that’s actually being polite) two of our players up but ffs it should’ve been a yellow card.
Also the two players who tried to bring Ogbene down should’ve received yellow imo because a if Ogbene hadn’t jumped then one of them might have seen a red

MT not afraid to drop players (unless they were injured) Wood, Kioso not on bench which surprised me tbh
Nice for Rathbone to be Captain Rat
Shame Kelly wasn’t available, think in 2nd half we could’ve done with him

Re. height of players where needed I'd say definitely in centre defence we aren't in world class football nearly all sides in the championship will lump it up so hope Hall & Humphreys can keep fit. Leo could play left centre back Ferguson left back. Fosu needs an end product. Like I said other than that happy with performance yesterday.

You don't seem to have mentioned Johansson being only 6 foot 1, that's pretty short for a goalkeeper no?

You led the charge for McCart to play who is half an inch taller than BW. Your magic eye isn’t that precise.
