Diangana - Has the heart of an Omaeba, totally wrong selection, a sub at best.

Carlos is making the same mistake as most managers, he’s been too f King stubborn.

This is what causes fans to lose their sh it with managers......do the f king obvious and get rid of the useless and the half a r s e d and if necessary pick a kid instead.

I knew this was all over as soon as they scored tonight.

Pretty much season over tbh and we are nowhere even close to being good enough to go up.
Can't sign another keeper on loan as we have Button, only a non contract keeper Ben Foster anyone, I think we need to get Swift back in the team and I thought Chalobah was OK the rest were awful so I don't think it would matter who Corberan picked tonight, the only excuse we have is how bad was that pitch, most of our players struggle to control the ball on our pitch let alone that cabbage patch.

There has to be better options than Buttf u c k either in our ranks or un attached to a club.

If our two reserve keepers are worse than this a r s e clown then why are we employing them?

I haven’t known such anxiety to be caused by a keeper at our place since Chrighton was kicking the ball continually into the crowd at Molineux when his confidence was shot to pieces.

It’s impossible to recover from this.

Totally agree would rather see Griffiths making mistakes than Button as poor as we where tonight with half a decent keeper we would have got an undiserved point, you only have to look at the other players faces when we conceded the goals to know what they think.

    A poor night...yes.
But try not go into the dark corner lads and lasses.
We have a good manager with a decent knowledge on the game BUT HE IS STILL LEARNING.

Play off are still on for heaven's sake. CC I expect will replace Button for next game....either that or play last man back....🤔

I agree … a poor night …. But the play offs are still well in reach … Button’s confidence is shot and he has to be replaced .. you could argue both goals were down to him. Chalobah looked good in midfield when he came on. Asante put himself about and must start. Same for Swift in place of Diangana. It was an awful pitch - bare patches, uneven, hard … suited Blues’ up and at ‘em style - was deliberate to stop us playing. Blues are a poor side .. make no mistake … just a bunch of thugs .. in the mould of their manager. And the f***** time wasting from 15 mins in …. mind we did the same against Coventry. Another s*** referee who let too much go.

So a crap weekend …. We are down … but not out. Expect CC to rip into this bunch and a reaction against Blackburn.

To back up what I have said regarding Button in previous posts, not only is it no coincidence that we have let in goals in Palmer’s absence but the performance of the defence has deteriorated. This is obviously due to their lack of confidence in Button. I have a feeling that Carlos will still pick him next Wednesday but it would be a big mistake in my opinion. If Griffiths is good enough for the England U21’s then surely he should be given his opportunity.

Quite agree. We succumbed to their very rough and ready tactics; their no10, Juctievic, or whatever his name is, could, I think, count himself lucky that the officials let a lot of the rough stuff go and that there was no VAR. The slow motion replay of his tackle on Townsend could well have resulted in a straight red card. Certainly, we were not ready for the physical challenge that they presented or the rotten state of the pitch, which is on a par with the rest of the ground. St Andrews is a dump, it always has been and there is little likelihood of that changing any time soon.

Blues sadly deserved their double. They outplayed us at home and we lacked the bottle to respond. Hopefully, now that the managerial contract distraction is over, Carlos will return focus.
