    There is only one thing for United to be positive about just mow, that's Raiths bit of a collapse. It's been a lousy 8 years or so.

    we REALLY need the academy to start bearing fruit in the very near future. I think our youth players are the most important thing for our long term future.

    Would be great, I agree. But our currant ones, seem to be overripe aridy, Fcuk knows how that happened.

    To be fair, we've had a lot of players in the first team from the academy in recent years.

    Yea, they've supplemented what we already have

    It's still very much serving a purpose

    Look at the tam courts season, 4th and Europe with lots of academy players involved, Graham had a great season, Freeman had a good season, Kerr Smith helped us win a Derby and draw at Celtic Park, we went to Ibrox with a youth midfield and attack and it took a late pen for them to beat us

    To this season with kai, Graham, Mochrie, Meekison (when fit), glass etc all involved and contributing, so they supplement us at worst
