OK just get ready for a shyt fest of excuses and hopefully JG can use all his useless excuses in the first 2 weeks and feck off voluntarily.
That was woeful in every aspect. there is only one positive from that game.
I emailed the dutv team 10 mins before kick off as it wouldnt let me view, they responded almost immediately and resolved the issue. Well dont them.
But everything else was rank.
JG does not know what he is doing, cant set a team up, we won the league by going long ball to 2 big men up front - basic stuff.
Falkirk could have had 5/6 yesterday and completely outplayed us.
His captain is an Alki who keeps getting injured.
We have brought in cheap foreign players who will not be good enough.
Tony Watt will kick off when he starts not getting gametime
JG wil be gone by November and we will be relegated again.
dont know if you were at the game yesterday but it was like the same old issue with a JG team. team had no rotations to get midfield on the ball, GK and defence when they had the ball had no options for someone to pass to. So its wingback to CH to wingback and then a punt up the park, lose the ball rinse and repeat.
our manager is not competent.
I wasn't at the game so can't comment on it specifically. For me the result was utterly expected, given the pre-match press conference I listened to from JG. There is definitely a sizeable chunk of our support that don't like the guy and thinks he should go.
I don't agree with him that we should be treating this competition as our pre-season, it's too important for that. Him making the excuse of only having the team in training for four weeks is poor. Who's decision was that? Any more dropped points now and it's curtains, in fact it could be already.
I'm sick tae f4ck off this team already this season! I hope that the club manage to pull a rabbit outta the hat....because we are gonna need it. Get me some players in this week that will give me a bit of hope!
Can't not be concerned a bit but ultimately aslong are in better shape for the premiership starting, have a few more signings in and see how we are looking after the first quarter
It'll only be then we know how things are looking really
This competition simply isn't important just now until we are established top flight side, would be great if we had got an easy opener where even playing poorly we could have won but we got the toughest opener in the group stage and weren't ready for it
Is what it is
