Did Ozark during lockdown and beyond too. A great series but with a deeply annoying ending that left me questioning why I'd taken it all the way

Absolutely compelling series 1, dropped away series 2 and 3

Try 'Your Hono(u)r', same profile to my mind, epic series 1, so-so series 2

Your honor was very good. As you say season 1 was better. It could really have ended there IMO. Bryan Cranston is very good. Soon to be appearing in the Malcom in the middle comeback.

You is excellent too for anyone who likes to pick up a show already a few seasons old.

I'm also watching Orphan Black, nearly done season 4 but enjoying it a lot.

I watched all 4 seasons of For All Mankind last year. Loved season 1 and 2 but has gone downhill a bit later.

One you might habe seen is Debbie dies Dallas. They've actually really made it. Pretty good reinterpretation!

Did you spend the last year saving up for a new keyboard?

If we’re extending to TV, American Primeval on Netflix is excellent imo. As a fan of the Western genre I thoroughly enjoyed the ‘Yellowstone’ trilogy but American Primeval, which I’m half way through, is at least as good. Doesn’t pull any punches and isn’t always easy watching. Had no idea some of those Mormons were such b@stards.

Considering the story line of "Baby Girl" and the mindset of the "Academy", it's not really surprising to me that it ended up with zero nominations for the Oscars.

It's on my to watch list. What makes you say you're not surprised? Is it the older woman younger man concept?

There seems to be a few lately. We watched lonely planet last week, which saw a young Liam Hemsworth getting together with an older Laura Dern, Was a very good movie.

I don't know if that's what you mean or if there is another element of the story but it does seem to still raise eye brows today if a younger man is with an older woman, yet someone like Dicaprio is always dating very much younger women and it's considered the norm.
