Seriously, these hairdressers, bar owners, restaurant and cafe owners need to stop whinging and start thinking about how they can solve their own problems rather that bleating that no ones telling them anything.

Remove only 20% of their tables and install some clear plastic boxes. They might be able to make their businesses profitable again
Perspex will be the new PPE in a month or two and if I were them I'd be getting ahead of the game before everyone wants them

It will take time to set up a safe environment where the public will be invited onto premises.
What I am suggesting is that these businesses start preparing now so that they can hit the ground running in say July.
