"At least 2 days" FFS that could be 2 or 12. As GB said I think the first we'll hear now is when they announce the outcome.

How can the SPL "charge" any team without knowing the decision that will be made? (including season starting dates)

It seems like (to me) there has been some sort of agreement between all involved.

Looks like compensation to me :/
It was the SFA who charged Hearts and Thistle for going to a Court of Law when their rules state they member clubs are supposed to go straight to arbitration.

Cheers.......... I sort of knew that, but... shouldn't arbitration be waited on ? Then decisions be made by others?

It's all getting a wee bit cloudy for me.

It will be a week before season kick off that we find out the result

    😩😮😫

I suppose we are favourites for the arbitration and that spfl vote is upheld. Nothing guaranteed though and that’s the problem

This has been left way too late and we are the ones worse affected as the others are hopefully starting their season in October

Would be amusing if hearts relegation confirmed and then for bringing the court case hearts get hit with a points deduction

Could even mean the fun have a chance of getting up !!

Regardless of the decision of arbitration, they will be charged simply for taking it to court in the first place. The result of arbitration is irrelevant. Not sure when the SFA hearing will be, but it'll certainly be after the arbitration.
