    Patterson was always destined to get there, based on what we saw of him as a kid. The composure and presence he had for a goalkeeper of such tender years was amazing. Two outstanding saves today to keep Sunderland in the game. Can't be all that far away from international recognition.

    With Patterson being in the Premier League, if he makes a big move, does that now mean we get some of the fee like we did with Grealish?

    Sadly we didn't get any of the fee with Grealish. That will only happen if he moves abroad.

    It doesn't work that way unfortunately, we'd only get the payment if he moves to another country during his career.
