Corona Interview with Jonny Hayes....
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRbijAgGhfg
Just watched this, I still get the feeling that the only rules actually broken is the multiple household rule
I actually know of numerous NHS workers that have had parties , even at the start of a lockdown when sh!t was at its highest, saying it's alright as they work together.
Doesn’t look good on the management team. Another nail...
The question remaining for me is .... why would any cυnt decide going tae fυckin (arsε)SOUL is an idea worthy o' pursuit?
The place is about 2 minutes walk fae my hoose .... but .... given the choice between free booze every visit, and banned for life for nae reason .... Ah would choose the latter!
Onywye .... tae lighten the mood .... my Iron Broo ceilidh band buddy sent me the followin .... dinna ken if he wrote it or nae, but Ah'm grateful for the chuckle ... maist welcome considerin that the recent outbreak is a kick in the teeth for us self employed musos - fa will be among the last tae get back tae work ( but not as you know it Jim ) ....
A parody on our anthem ....
Stand back - and bide awa fae me.
We're the contagious Aberdeen
So bide in yer hoose, until yer Covid free,
Cos we're the contagious Aberdeen ... Staaaaaand .....
A simpler 'terracing friendly' chant might be ....
Awaaaay ... Away away away
Stay awaaaay
Awaaaaay ...
Stay away.
.... Or in particularly manky 'company'
Don't stand so ... don't stand so ....![]()
Perhaps if bars an restaurants had been more vigilant and aware of the groupings rule they would not have been taking bookings of more than 4 people. I walked by the Soul bar several times and I am quite sure the tables there had groups of more than 4 there and I bet they were not all from the same household in most of the cases. We had a table booked for 6 last Saturday for the game and were never questioned about the rules on groups.
