    He's a fan. That's what's in it for him.

What do you think it is?

It is a pity that the Donalds didn't put that as a stipulation. 15million to pay off all the debt as long as there is a new chairman in place to oversee it. I bet they wish they had now!

I think he's used the club as a vehicle to promote his other business interests. Certainly no **** down here had ever heard of him. I'd imagine it opens a few doors

Certainly not for his love of the club when you look at what a mess we are in just now and yet he is a successful businessman making poor decision after poor decision. Doesn't really add up.

I am always deeply suspicious of people who claim they are fans and then go about running down the stadium over time just like the club-but thats another story and claiming Pittodrie is finished and they cant do anything with it when they could if they wanted, look at swinecastle its probably more hemmed in than Pittodrie!

Wish he would just leave now and let someone with AFC at heart take over. His reign has pretty much been a disaster and he has been here long enough. Bye bye Mr Milne.....

Tynecastle has a factory producing methadone next door to it...very handy location for a lot of the Edinburgh natives.

    Bring it on.
Aye great location if your day will consist of jumping in your car ( or getting the wife to drop you off) arriving 30 minutes before k.o and jumping in the car after the game to head home....but myself and many other city based fans tend to have a couple of beers in town before the game....same after the game ....last home game my mate and I headed in to town to meet the wives after the game ....along the way we had a couple of pints then had a meal with the wives....all part of watching the Dons .....that will disappear for good......the heart will go out of the club....I am sure when the original Aberdeen fc were looking for a place to move to from the chanory they would never had considered moving the club outside the city....only a cheuchter like Milne would consider that

YUp, hear that a lot. But then the majority of fans don't do that (I did when I stayed in the toon fwiw). And the minority can continue to do it after we move if they want. Just in a different place. All part of the experience.

And the bonus is, because it will be so ****ing easy to get to, more fans will go more often.

do you honestly believe the new ground will be easier to get to than a current ground where all the transport links have been developed over 110 years ?? st johnstones ground is usually quoted as a soulless place to go to yet it is easier to walk to from perth town centre than our new ground will be.....i look forward to having this conversation 3/4 years after we have moved to the shire.....more fans going to the new ground ??? seriously apart from the first couple of seasons you are deluded.....we will land up at a stewart milne soulless **** concrete blot on the land.....but hey car driving american football types like yourself can park up the car and get the bbq out....
