What are your thoughts on the shirt sponsorship nonsense Mandaric has overseen this season? How much has that cost Wednesday? Shirt sponsorship is simple house keeping Mandaric has no excuse for getting wrong.

You're confused braggy (not for the first time), I've liked plenty of Uncle Leonard's posts over the past year or so, there isn't much I disagree with him re the Evans debacle.

Len's an opinionated poster who gets people's backs up, just like GHO. But Footymad is all the richer for their participation.

I will say this about O’Grady though, if he can produce the form he showed for the majority of his time at Barnsley he’s not only better than the striking options at the Lane but he’s also a better striking option than anything you have. May, Madine, GTF, Nuhui – an in form O’Grady gets the #9 shirt over all of them in my opinion.

Massive dropped b0llock by Jones to let him leave.

Tbh I have to agree with the last line...Jones did drop a b0llock with COG..He seemed to be at his fittest when he got rid.
Although we'll always have fond memories of him scoring that cracker against your lot with the header that seemed about 25 yards out...Not all bad then eh.

It's not what I want, but what you should demand! Mandaric didn't perform his due diligence - amateurish.

Football message board rov, discussion is the currency. The four players I mentioned are comparable to COG.

The COG talk is all moot though as it seems we don't have a pot to pee in to cover the loan fee and Hyypia i

At the time Jones dropped COG and subsequently got rid of him I would have agreed with you, he was in form and effective. He didn't finish last season in great form though and despite playing in most of Brighton's games he has scored less goals that May, Nuhiu and Madine.

So to summarise rov, the skinny of what you're saying is that football's ills are down to the FA / Football League not imposing a minimum wage.

It's not happening anytime soon - so Wednesday are left to make sure that revenue coming in is at least in the same ball park as the outgoings. Mandaric is failing at this simple economic principle. You need to accept this and stop excusing his poor Chairmanship.

As for your claim that Nuhiu is a better player than O'Grady. I don't know you rov but I'd wager YOU'RE a better player than Nuhiu. Sticking a lamppost just outside the D would wield the same success as giving Nuhiu a game.

yet nuhiu is a championship regular and ogrady (as much as i liked him while with us due to his commitment) looks likely to have to drop to the 3rd div to get a game.
kinda makes your arguement sound a bit silly...

    as usual.

as for football clubs keeping a grip of there outgoings, remind us
