If Semi was to go a starting point should be £1.5M to £2M and then add-ons. Don’t let him go cheap Millers. He’s happy enough to stay so reject the low offers and keep him for another season, even if it means taking a chance of him walking away for free next June.

Nigerian International, Plays Centre Back, Midfielder and has had to play Right-Back.
Scored some decent goals for us last season and we would have been relegated around Xmas time without him. He leads by example, has plenty of pace and he’s tall, very tall.
He does make mistakes. He’s not worth multi-millions but a starting point of £1.5m would be a fair price imo.

It’s not what he’s worth, it’s what other clubs are prepared to pay.

To be honest mate Lindsay was about right but Pinnock was a million light in my opinion .

Ain't no way Pinnock was only 500k better , significantly better than Lindsay , Pinnock bailed him out many times last season .

Both had to go , didn't want to stay , Pinnock was offered 10k a week and wasn't interested .

Hey Animal, its annoying isnt it but it also comes down to the fact that they want to leave as well so we've got to do a deal that suits both player and club.
Im also more disappointed in us losing Ethan Pinnock than Liam Lindsay, but Im also still very disappointed in us offloading Jason McCarthy like we did to Wycombe for example!.

If he was a £4m player then bigger clubs would have snapped him up already flour .

We buy potential , the hit the ground running players tend to be beyond us .

His major problem is being caught with the ball trying to do things beyond his capabilities. The term "Easy & Early" was my catchphrase on an FA coaching course that the course leaders liked. That and "Simple is Genius". (A BALD EAGLE PHRASE). The players that don't do it are very comfortable doing the simple things without standing out for applause....they just get on with the game and make it look easy. A bit of misplaced "confidence" is always a prelude to a cock up. Ajayii does have bouts of that misplaced confidence...he'd be a far better player (and soughtafter) if he played a little more - boring! No traumas!

Stones is having the same problem knocked out of him at City - it's an age thing.
