end of the day everone has there opinion of how queens should be ran ,and my opinion is it needs investments form the board for bigger budgets ,all you other guys have your opinions and i respect them all even tho i cant agree with most of them ,but theres the odd clowns that come out mouthing when people like myself voice our opinions makes me laugh showing zero respect to other peoples opinions .

Too lightweight, no fight, no going the extra yard. NO PRIDE IN THEMSELVES! Mon the South.
Very valid points so what would be the motivation for these players? Well for those still young enough to have an extended future in the game you would have thought that attracting the attention of bigger clubs where a transfer would significantly increase their weekly income would be motive enough but this is less likely to extend to the more senior journeyman, no names needed but obviously Dobbie excepted. At the end of the day it is the job of the manager to ensure that the players give their all for the club and it will be his neck ultimately on the block if there is no improvement forthcoming as is the nature of the game.

il agree with this ,we do have some goodish players at queens ,defo good enough to be at least mid table in the championship ,atm all i see is a bunch of individuals running around ,theres hardly any team work ,whether its lack of the correct training methods or just unmotivated players or unrest in the changing room ,queens should be doing better than thay are .

Correct. All of the players, especially the younger ones, are "In the shop window" whilst playing for Queens. Should I have been a footballer just starting up, I sure as hell would be busting a gut giving it all to be noticed by a bigger and better club. Sadly too many at Palmerston just don't seem to have that attitude for the whole 90
minutes.Just playing/competing for part of the match is what is happening too many times.

This is also correct. We should have been way ahead at Ayr, Dumbarton also proves that we are a decent side, capable of scoring goals.

Yes this group of players need to be seen to give their all for the full ninety minutes and in front of the TV cameras tomorrow night would be a good place to start by getting the fans fully behind them.

yes if queens are going to be able to do this without board funding ,its in the managers and teams hands to create the talk in the town that missing buzz about queens to get the fans interested in coming to palmy again ,has to be done on the pitch to make potential fans stand up and say hay queens didnt half look decent there i might pop along and run my eye over another game ,this friday is one of those big fan pull days where loads of dumfries public will watch this game on the box to see what queens are like ,massive classy skilled performance needed on friday night .

We've got a nucleus of decent players but the rest are not up to standard. We're light years away from last season.
Biggest problem is we are too light weight, lack any height front of defence and the central midfield is none existent, neither gets stuck in or creates anything.
