Surely our stewards deserve to be criticised for allowing the smoke bombs to be smuggled into the ground.
I'm pretty sure the club staging the game will be deemed to be responsible for the behaviour of the supporters in the eyes of the EFL.

I suppose they can’t search everyone but where were the sniffer dogs that are suppose to be there?

That's not how EUFA normally responds to flares-related away fans incidents, so I wouldn't NORMALLY expect the EFL to do anything different to EUFA, although it does relate to an incident sort-of involving RUFC , so... who could predict?

The removal of the smoke bombs could have been dealt with more quickly instead of causing such a long delay.

This caused Millertop to become upset at folk leaving early for having to stay behind so long for the game to end...

There's an alternative write up of the match by a Cov fan on the net who really only derides our town and says they gifted us all four goals.
Obviously he's hacked off but he comments on the flares and suggests the way people smuggle them is is 'on the undercarriages of children'
I assume he means kids don't get frisked and certainly not as rigourously as adults

Kids can get searched (age limit maybe?) but got to have adult consent

There’s suppose to be sniffer dogs which I’m sure would have picked them up so maybe he dog didn’t fancy turning up for this game
