Well, for the 23rd time lets do it again .
In 1917, British Foreign Minister Arthur James Balfour declared: “His Majesty’s Government views with favor the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people.” As a result of the Balfour Declaration in 1922, the League of Nations elected to transfer the territory to the British with the intention that “the Mandatory should be responsible for putting into effect the declaration in favour of the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people.” The British gained control of the Land of Israel, including Judea, Samaria and Transjordan, as a
custodianship for the Jewish People.

In “1946” Arabs ignores the fact that the territory in question in fact wasn’t Palestinian-controlled , but was under British Mandatory rule until May 1948.
With the British about to leave Israel decleared he 'State of Israel; ( Aretz Yisrael ). The next day Arab armies attacked Israel,and Jordan captured the West Bank of Jordan. (Trans -Jordan )

The West Bank was the name given to the territory that was captured by and annexed to Jordan in the aftermath of Israel's War of Independence in 1948. Since Jordan had done so illegally, its annexation was not formally recognized by the international community, except for the UK and Pakistan.

In 1967 Jordan attacked Israel,together with Syria, Egypt and some Iraqi forces But it lost the war. In what can only be described as a miracle, the Egyptian, Jordanian, and Syrian armies lost over 20,000 troops, while Israel lost 1,000. This war changed the course of Israeli and Jewish history, as Israel claimed more parts of Biblical Israel, including the Gaza Strip and the Sinai Peninsula from Egypt, the West Bank and East Jerusalem from Jordan and the Golan Heights from Syria.

Yes he tries , but I have all his answers ,if he did not write what he does. By giving him my answers I also learn. Every week i can met some Arab that does not know the history, so with BT in mind .....I answer.... ''You know before - 1948'' ......etc. Plus it could happen if others read , they may understand this eternal problem. For instance I see words like 'Jihad' = struggle,( There can only be 'struggle' in ones own daily life!) But the message Muslims give out is some religious collective struggle. I wonder in Britan,if a Muslim goes to pray ,and before he prays ,he pours water over his limbs to what he says ,''to be clean'. I would be interested to knowis answer! I believe it is because when he pours water (cool water) over his limbs and joints , it causes the body's energy to be used only in the mind! So better concentration alertness, and overall freshness. etc.

It's Brexit Day Balan so I am asking for some latitude here. If you don't mind me saying you don't half spout some bollox!

The ghettoized Palestinians in Gaza have no water (cool or otherwise) to drink never mind pour over their limbs and joints. They are much too busy trying to struggle and survive through each day because of Israeli imposed blockades and sanctions.

They need to be full of "concentration and alertness" to dodge the Israeli bombs and armaments that come their way each day without fail or exception.

Former Justice Minister MK Ayelet Shaked (Yamina) on Friday morning said that applying Israeli sovereignty to Judea and Samaria will prevent the creation of a future Palestinian state.

"If we begin by negotiating a Palestinian state, we'll reach Oslo C, with eastern Jerusalem in the hands of terrorists and buses exploding," she warned.

The UK foreign office said in a statement quoted by AFP that London was "concerned by reports of possible moves toward annexation of parts of the West Bank by Israel”.

"Any such unilateral moves would be damaging to renewed efforts to re-start peace negotiations, and contrary to international law," it added.

"Any changes to the status quo cannot be taken forward without an agreement negotiated by the parties themselves."

''..... by the parties themselves." Which party Dominic? Fatah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Moslem Brotherhood, Al-Mustaqbal. Al Kassam.??
