Win's a win, all about get maximum points in the winnable games, fortunately they had very little quality in the final third.

A much more comfortable victory than the score suggests. A warning we need to finish games off too though. Amazing what 3 points does for life! Lots of decent performances today. Butcher, Clark, Smith all had good (maybe season's best) games for them. Shankland showed more today too and surely will start clicking for him soon

OYF thought they got the win, according to sky sports they got hammered 8-2 on corners also. Eight!!

Today was an improvement and an important win.

The midfield and especially Butcher looked much better and comfortable.

Liam Smith is a really solid player at any level and was close to motm for me.

Benji has been brilliant this season. Best thing Csaba has left as a legacy !!

Strange but i felt very comfortable watching United this week. apart from the last 10 mins when they were throwing everything at us i thought they were so poor, that even a shot shy united team looked better than them. Yeah they had the ball more than us which i dont really like but they done nothing with it. hardly created anything compared to other teams in recent weeks who have had big chances.

we should have been 2-0 up at half time. Pawletts chance would have been some goal and he also had that surge into the box that he took a heavy touch on. we actually looked dangerous for once going forward and defensively quite sound. 2nd half naturally was tougher due to the wind and going up the slope but felt like we dealt with anything county threw at us. just a shame a poor goal made it nervy at the end for us.

Benji- wasn't as busy as previous weeks but dealt with everything.
L.Smith- My Motm missed is reliability, solid throughout
Edwards- think hes starting to look decent. poor at their goal but in general was decent.
    Reynolds- steady enough.
    Robson- done well i thought
Bolton- works hard but need to see more from him on the ball.
Harkes- busy as always but needs more quality on the ball
Butcher- more like last season butcher. solid
Pawlett- the PP i want to see, driving forward causing problems.
Clark- 2 goals and some nice link up at times.
Shankland- not as isolated as previous matches but still need to be doing more for him.

Sporle- didnt have long to do much
Fuchs- did he touch the ball?
Appere- Did he touch the ball either?

Overall a better performance without being brilliant. defensively we seem to be back to being more solid again. so if we can improve our attacking play (surprise surprise) then we may start to enjoy more games. County are rubbish imo. flatter to deceive. 5th in league without even playing well imagine if we did get abit of form and confidence.
