I suppose you could say it might help if he were given some indication of how much he might have available to spend in January, but I'm sure he never has any idea anyway, of how much he might be able to spend in any given transfer window, so he's certainly no worse off than usual.
I'm starting to seriously question why he does not just head off to Kettering and not bother to come back.

    Breaking News

Mohamed El Kashashy and Chris Farnell have ended their interest in buying Burnley, paving the way for an ALK Capital deal

It is understood the El Kashashy/Farnell camp have not heard from the Clarets for a number of weeks and, as a result, have opted to pull out.

El Kashashy and Farnell remain open to reconvening talks with the Clarets in the future and remain keen to invest in a football club with a financial and business model they see as stable

Mine is a white wine when they do BT. In view of Covid I could no longer see the sense of remaining on the wagon.

Garlick is now saying he will provide funds to strengthen the squad in January without any mention of ALK involvement.

The Egyptian has buggered off back to the desert and the Yanks are not for stumping up.

Just to repeat: we seriously could not organise a pi$$ up in a fully operational brewery.

Do you know the Yanks have said that BT? Not seen that anywhere.
Their bid may be struck with the PL approval process.
