It wasn’t great by any means but we at least did look a bit more positive once we ditched the ridiculous 5 at the back caper. You make your own luck and guess what? get it in the box enough and the ball may break for you as it did today. I’d like to give McMullan credit today. He still cannae take a corner but I thought he played well when he came on and was significantly better than some of his most recent performances. He may yet have a future. What doesn’t, and should never have a future, is phucking fheve at the back. Ditch it Mellon. Now.

Kettlewell sacked, could have done with them drawing and him being kept on longer. Must have been the old pre written p45 in the chairman’s jacket pocket

We're just not good enough, pure & simple. Our players aren't good enough. Today showed that. Hibs were bigger, stronger, faster, first to the ball every single time. If it wasn't for Benji that was a cricket score and I didn't even think Hibs were all that great. Three at the back offers us nothing going forward. The midfield barely get out their own half. 4-4-2 got us further up the park but we still created next to nothing. McMullan was constantly hitting the first man. Shankland constantly laying it off to nobody. Connolly constantly lumping it & trying the difficult pass. This is gonna be a grind of a season. We just have to hope to scrape enough points to see us through.

Agreed, but points are points. At least, that is one of the hard games done and dusted. Can't believe we knicked a point there, but... Hibs didn't like it one bit when we changed to whatever attacking formation that we tried to play.

PLEASE................. lets just play like that.
