You may be right and the next two games will tell the story - minimum of 6 points or the rumblings will get louder! Too many s hite players and what he sees in Livermore is staggering!!! Look at Gallagher today for Palace - superb again!

I have definitely questioned today's comments, tactics and selection but don't think that my opinions have changed. I haven't been extremely pro or extremely anti. However, after today and despite a poor penalty decision and a poor individual mistake, I am beginning to wonder.

If anyone seriously expected us to go there today and win then they need to have a reality check
Today was all about mistakes from the Ref and Snodgrass.
We could not match Fulham last year even when we had Pereira and Gallagher in the side so what serious chance did we have today.
Fulham are just as strong as last year in my opinion. We are weaker.
The guys generally did their best, but that just it ....... they are no good enough end of.
Last Year Bilic took many of the same lads there last year and they played us off the park.
No not really. Would Molumby have stopped that awful penalty decision or the Snodgrass error, no.
You can pick holes in a gaffer after a loss but there were some shocking individual decisions in that game that could happen with any manager. Including the referees.
I don’t rate Hugill but I doubt Val does either. It’s a choice between him and Robinson to lead your line. A bit like choosing which McCann you want looking after your kids.
Fact is Fulham invested £25m this season on transfers .... and we invested nothing. Just loans and freebies. You reap what you sow in football ... and we never invested a penny of the Pereira money or the parachute money .... so it’s no surprise we got beat by Fulham at their place who across the board have better players. Actually thought we played ok today .... poor ref and some bad mistakes cost us.
On Val think the jury is out ..... but not a time to panic. If you look at our squad who would we bring in to the First XI ..... Mowatt yes but who else ... the cupboard is bare ....unless we play the youngsters ....
Still very early in the season .... couple if wins next week against weaker opposition and we will be back on track. Always thought Fulham would finish above us. Bournemouth are the surprise package .... but they will slip at some point ....
This squad certainly lacks the quality of more recent ones but it is hard to disagree with those who point out that individuals can-and have-played far better. We can even play some tidy football on the deck when not resorting to hoofball. We miss the likes of O'shea and Mowatt and we don't have a natural goal scorer or playmaker but have played much better in the past. We also make increasingly more stupid defensive errors. What happened to the commitment of earlier games and fighting for every ball? They are not the best set of players we have had by a very long call but they are certainly capable of far better so why aren't they? Team selection and tactics are down to Val but surely team and individual attitude is also greatly influenced by the manager too?
Agree with a lot of this. If we are lucky enough to get promoted it won't be enjoyable viewing though, but as Ketts said, promotion may be the only chance of us gaining a new owner and a chance of some investment. Failing that I can only see us ending up languishing in training championship for some time😞
We are West Bromwich Albion, a large number of our fans know what constitutes a decent centre forward.
Allen
Kevan
Astle
Regis
Gary Thompson
Taylor
Hughes
Lukaku
Odemwingie
Hughill now joins a recent line of supposed centre forwards that clearly show our recruitment team are idiots,
Ideye Brown
Rondon
Rodriguez
We’ve managed to let go the best one we’ve had in the last 5 years in Diagne, a player who was perfect for this system.
Cauley Woodrow is still languishing at Barnsley and would suit us, I’m sure there’s a good few other out there as well.
Why are we so bad at choosing number 9’s?
It frustrates the f u c k out of me.
Callum Morton is better than the lump we are playing most weeks!
