I have no idea if we will win Saturday. I don’t think Warne does.
These long ball hoof ball tactics are terrible. I think Warne doesn’t know any other way.
We could get promoted or lose all our remaining games.
Warne will either be a hero or be responsible for the biggest bottle job for a long time.

He’s arrogant with his comments and comes across as deluded. I also think the press give him too much of an easy ride. No other RUFC manager would get such easy interviews.

Yak, the bigger picture is now there to see and yes this hoof ball is horrendous. We only started to play proper football in the last 15 minutes and Burton, as good as they were last night, could hardly cope with that as their keeper pulled off some good saves and we hit the post.

Now why can't we play football like that from the off? Is it the team are told to launch it high to Smudge in the hope he gets a knock to somebody to pick it up? Reflecting on the last 15 minutes, it's as though the team took it upon themselves to play it more on the floor which was much better but alas with no end product.

Talk about putting us through it. Can you imagine, Sheff Weds 4 points behind us with also 3 to play, actually nick the 2nd auto spot? Doesn't bare thinking about does it?

Wednesdays in form, not playing to 100% yet still winning games. Remind you of anyone earlier in the season?
They have the momentum to win all three remaining games, I wouldn't bet against them doing it either. Worst ending to a season for a long long while.

Wednesday will not have it easy down at Wycombe on Saturday.

So yes I will be gone soon, leaving you to clap and cheer this team over the cliff edge.
You have plenty of people on here who have been critical of Warne and there have been eloquent arguments both for and against. At your most lucid, yours have been points well made. But at other times you are coming over as hysterical, petty and quite vindictive. Must cost you a lot of energy. Unless you are simply trolling, in which case perhaps join an am dram group to direct your energy a little more productively?

He's got absolutely no gonads whatsoever. Cutting through all the crap he's on about bailing out because the going is getting too tough... 2nd in the league.... promotion to Championship still in our own hands with only 3 games left.... tough! Try telling that to a Scunny or Oldham fan. "There but for the grace of the imaginary man in the sky go I" and all that.

Anyway, it’s s**t or bust now and the tough run in “on paper” is probably better than so called “easy fixtures”. There’ll be no hiding place on Saturday or next Tuesday. If we don’t turn up we’ll get hammered, simple as that. Ending up in the play-offs now would just draw out the agony.

The stars are finally aligning and we’re about to find out exactly what this team is made of. If it unravels badly as IBS predicts (yearns for?) then, in my opinion, the Warne era will be over.

I have to agree that if this season ends badly it will be hard to imagine Warne in charge next term.I'm not demanding he goes but I think there will just be a general feeling between the board, the supporters and Warne himself that things have run their natural course.I believe it nearly ended when we were relegated last season so I think a capitulation following on from that maybe one disappointment too many.It will be nearly 6 years since he took over by August and that is a long time in modern day football.

From what I read he invited you to name the football people on here that have been banned. As yet, you've been silent in response. Thought you'd have a list ready.

Beat Oxford and Gillingham and we’re up.
Problem is will we do it?
I don’t think Warne does tbh
