Have to chuckle at the grief you lads give gru. It's like arguing with Sooty back in the day. No, Sooty is not real; he's a glove puppet on Harry Corbett's hand. It's like those people who attack actors because they don't like the character they portray on Corrie or Eastenders or whatever. Gru doesn't exist. He is a persona constructed by a well known ex-MM stalwart. He doesn't respond, doesn't change, doesn't acknowledge error because that's the whole point. It has worked better than even the evil genius imagined. Bert Weedon, ToyTwowner, Pattysadlacks, Uncle Tom Cobley and all come on to have a pop at gru and never realise that's the whole point. Sad really.

On another Millers forum gru operated with his equally annoying brother. But for technical reasons it was too difficult to bring both over on to MM. These days gru never even mentions his sibling. Wonder why?
