Thought we did okay second half - good finish from Sinisterra and Joffy a little unlucky Pickford got something from n his effort.

Not sure how far off Ayling is, but he should get a shot at Kristensen's spot you'd think.

We need to start ok from the off hopey - its all well and good beating Chelsea but taking 2pts from a possible 6pt against our relegation/mid table rivals just is not good enough in my book.

Yes they are points we would have hoped for...but then again, Chelsea and Brighton would probably be thinking the same last night against those teams!

Might take a while for some to acclimatise to the premier league and some of the ‘tactics’ of certain teams.

Decent second half - good showing from Sinisterra - think he will become our best player with Aarsonson a close second.

They need to be able to put together two decent halves though.

Need to beat the teams we will be most likely be competing with in the bottom half though (once the season gets into about 15 games or so).

It’s not only the points we gain but denying those teams points too and should have had 3 points v Southampton and Everton - 4 points dropped in those games.

That was what cost us last year not getting points early on (Burnley and Newcastle away come to mind) which then dropped us into the mire.

I think we may have been seduced by the performance against Chelsea, which in reality was extraordinary. If you looking at the best starting we have this season compared to last season, which would be the better team?

We are still a team that just about survived relegation, whom have lost two established quality players for some players with potential. Ok the squad overall maybe stronger but as I have suggested the starting 11 isn't yet.

Everton came to spoil, sit deep and time waste, they played for a draw. We played decent enough football without ever having a real cutting edge. Patterson the RB for Everton also had an outstanding game and kept us honest.

Definitely a game where you would hope for 3 points but you would settle for 1.

Personally happy enough with how our season is going, we are steadily picking up points and we are hard to beat.

Yep pretty much - think we are stronger in midfield in two ways - more depth of players and Aaronson is a type of player we didn’t have last year and the formation makes us more solid in the middle.

Went to a few games last season and there were often wide open spaces left in the middle of the park by us through which the other side could stroll.

Like the Adams Roca pairing and Aaronson always tries to give an outlet. Adams seems quite content to do the donkey work and always be covering and tackling rather than having to push forward or hit 50 yard passes - doesn’t seem to give it away much either.

Sinisterra I think will be outstanding for us.

Happy for Robin Koch that he can show how good he is when played in his proper position.

Reasonably happy because we played better than we did against Brighton. I think if we keep improving even if incremental, we will do well. One observation I would like to add is our ability to score late goals. We had that ability last year, but so far this season we have not. I think for us to score late in the game (last 7 - 8 min) we need either Sinisterra or Aaronson or both on the field. We didn't have either yesterday, and didn't seem to be very effective in the last 7 -8 min.

we had James. have we ever scored with him on field? can't recall.

I do have to say that Adams is really solid defensively and Roca seems to do a lot of defensive work. we are so much better in the midfield this year. Koch has also been really good. Hope they leave them back in CB. I'd sit Llorente if you want to get Cooper back in.
