Never coming back. Trust, respect went out the window with IB. You don't re employ somebody who did the dirty on you.

Football clubs are getting more and more kneejerk, especially when sacking managers that have just won them promotion.
I know they get their contract's paid out, but I wish the FA or Managers' Association could do something to give a bit more stability and security.

Bristol Rovers the latest club to sack their manager before Christmas.

Southampton rumoured to be interested in poaching Sheff Weds' manager.

He didn?t do the dirty on us we agreed compensation with Forest Green it was all above board.

He not be coming back anyway but as you see managers get clubs promoted then struggle in league above 4 months later they are sacked so you can see why managers will jump at the chance to manage higher.

Players/managers are not like us fans most will move higher if given the chance for career progression and higher salary it?s that simple and it won?t change.

Dagenham manager went on Boxing Day.

Wonder if that will have any bearing on what happens to Morias?

Poor Plymouth... they have gone from "Wayne Rooneys Plymouth" to just plain old Plymouth again...I see Stephen Schumacher going in there

Same length of time roughly as new owner. Ring any bells?
