I saw a link to the independent climate company they used for the report that they based their project on.
It?s very murky and leads back to the owners being the tax payers in a round about way.

I decided to fix my tariff last November.
Fixed rate was lower than what I was currently paying so thought why not.
On news today they said there are still some fixed rate deals available.
