Given that California is a massive Democratic Party stronghold an they voted for Bernie Saunders and his loony toon far left policies, I’d say they think the state should control everything.

Given that California has sky high taxes and a massive deficit that they try to get the federal govt to subsidize the state there policies are clearly wrong.
