I think you deserve a pat on the back here matt. Even though we differ in our views on Ardley, at least you put your points across in a rational and sensible manner. You don't resort to childish nicknames for posters with an opposing view, you don't constantly use silly hashtags, and you don't mention pitchforks. You don't feel the need to respond to every single post that is critical of Ardley, and your approach will convince far more people in one post than laddo could in a 100 posts.

The message to laddo is that sometimes less is more. Will he listen? Not a cat in hell's chance.

I’m sure you haven’t given too many of them out 😊 There’s a point where you can only say so much without continually going over old ground, I imagine it’s the same on most boards, Arsenal fans were divided for few years in Wengers last years at the club. I just hope firstly we get the chance to finish the season and second make a real fist of it, if we don’t I won’t be disappointed to see someone else have a crack at, but it needs to be the right one.

Correct, the only other one was in 2008 so you are in exalted company!

It is indeed, and I've been as guilty as anyone over the years.

Well, as guilty as anyone until the last year.

It's not just him though is it EP? There are 2 others just as bad.

Nobody told him he had to go into football management. Most ex-footballers know they aren't up to the job and don't try it. Most that do try it fail. Most of those that have failed realise it's not the job for them and go away. Not all though.

Yes there certainly are, but laddo is still the common factor. Normally, I would say that laddo can post whatever he likes whenever he likes, but he is the one who has repeatedly claimed he wants an end to petty personal arguments and insults. The others haven't. It's not his boring repetitive posts that are the problem, it's his stinking hypocrisy.

Not sure you get my point. He managed Cardiff’s academy for 6 years straight after retiring, then Wimbledon 6 years, being in football constantly for over 30 years he probably needed a breather for a couple of months and said at the time ideally he would have had one.

For someone who wanted to turn this board into a more positive place, he's actually turned it into no more than a bickering shop.
