Bayern undoubtedly can spend more of fees and wages than Celtic, but I don't think the gap is as big as Rodgers is trying to make out.

Kieran Tiernay going back to the tattiedome in the summer, must be on a very high weekly wage. I'd guess his weekly wage alone, would cover the accumulated weekly wage costs for a good number of Scottish clubs.
