Mystic roly, no one knows what will happen in 4 years not even with Yr crystal ball. I haven't made excuses for this government and if they continue to mess up then they deserve to lose the next election.

Why would I make allowances for Labour atm, they’re not in number 10, they’re not running things.
House/nan? Must be one of the stupidest things I’ve seen you post on here.

Tell me Roly would you say the same things if it was labour in power? No you wouldn’t and that’s your problem.

Before you ask the same question I’ve already answered it.

Oh he thinks he has though and unless you preach your love for labour then it’s a waste of time trying to have any discussion on here

3 points millertop I actually thought stovics answer was a decent reply. At least his mind is open enough to realise that it us possible the Tories might make a balls up of it.

Point 2. You have obviously not read flours ironical thread before making your comment which shows how blinkered you are.

Point 3. I see you have taken your ball home again. You can't have been much fun as a kid 😉

I don't have issues with disgruntled ex labour voters like flour and stovic. At least they don't pretend that the Tories are gonna be the bees knees.they judge em on what they actually do and don't do which is fair enough.

The Cummings thing is just a side show by comparison with what lays ahead .

He needs a trade deal with the EU that he can spin to make it look a good deal but given his present political postion he'll do well to pull that off .

I think there's just too much against him to be able to survive in the job much in to next year .

It's just a question of when the Tory Party can comfortably pin all the blame on his shoulders when it really does go tyts up .

They did this with May and when in opposition with IDS in 2003 .
Problem with this statement animal is. If Boris does pull off a great deal for the UK and we are In a prominent position in 4 years time you must now vote Tory in the next election. Is this something you are prepared to do?.
Prob the same goes for Roly. I don't have problems party bashing bit same would need applying to doff the cap when /if it's reversed

    Good question Cayton.

I have no faith though that Boris will do this because firstly he is not likely to be in charge much longer.
And it depends what you mean by a good deal. For who? There is no way a tory govt is going to get a deal that will sort out the inequalities in this country. It wont happen. If it does then I will vote Tory because the Tories will have turned into a socialist party. Do you think they will?
