    WTF???

"Tottenham Hotspur have ‘opened talks’ with Premier League champions Manchester United over a potential loan deal for winger Nani.

According to reports in The Express, Spurs are hopeful of beating Juventus to sign the out of favour Portuguese international. The 27-year-old recently signed a new contract with the Red Devils to extend his stay at Old Trafford until 2018 but manager David Moyes is reportedly willing to let him leave this month if the right offer comes in.

Nani has been linked for several months with a proposed move to Italian champions Juventus but, as The Mirror reported this week, the Serie A giants are now thought to have ‘ended their pursuit’ after failing to agree a fee with United for the player.

Moyes could, however, now look to Spurs who are reportedly keen on bringing in another winger after summer signing Erik Lamela expressed his desire to leave White Hart Lane just five months after arriving for £30 million from AS Roma.
