Absolutely agree Fyldeflyer.. A very desperate act indeed
by a desperate family.
Already we read on social media boards legal teams/solicitors willing to take on the Oyston's, Blackpool fans willing to donate to the cause of others Pool fans in helping with legal fee's, the press media on our side, this truly is worth going that extra mile for.
lets finally hope it's the beginning of the end of this scum bag family. - view external link

I don't know what it is all about but the whole situation seems to be crazy :/
Here you go story in full in our local rag.
Its despicable how the chairman of a football league club can take a fan to court for speaking his mind when he himself calls a handicapped fan a "retard" and "enjoy your special needs day out" and nothing happens about it.
Totally Unbelievable. - view external link
The Oystons are very sad indeed if they go ahead with this claim.. Hopefully common sense will prevail and the claim will be dropped.. Somehow I doubt it though.
You are playing the Lions on sat, can you please lose Flyde as we need the points and you have a desire to go down in order to stick 2 fingers at the Oystons.
Its just getting worse by the day, the Oystons now taking Tim Fielding chairman of the Blackpool Supporters trust to court now.
Just who does this horrible family think they are the untouchables?
Clearly the supporters are supporting Tim all the way and so we should.
Claw, unfortunately the football has taken back stage now I am afraid, for me you can gladly have the 3 points, the quicker this club get relegated the better and I am sure thousands of other Pool fans would agree with me, its all about getting the Oystons out now nothing else. - view external link
Blackpool 1 Millwall 0
Jesus claw you lot must be as crap as us.
Both heading for league one methinks.
.
You just know when things are going from bad to worse for the Oystons when his favourite fans group BSA even cut links to the club.
Dear Members,
BSA will, with immediate effect, be withdrawing from talks with the chairman of Blackpool Football Club.
We feel that we have been given no alternative for the following reasons:
The chairman’s recent words and actions have alienated supporters and brought our football club into disrepute.
While we appreciate that his family has been the subject of a great deal of abuse, which we do not condone, we feel his apology was not commensurate with the damage done to supporters, particularly those who have disabilities.
Despite the success of the Holloway years our club has since lost the respect of the footballing world; fans feel they are no longer respected and Blackpool is no longer the growing, family club it once was.
A lack of long term vision under his stewardship has meant our decline from a competitive Champions
