Eddie & Garsides master plan to pay back their debts

TWO new colleges are set to open in Bolton – one backed by Wanderers owner Eddie Davies and the other by the Cohens Group.

The Eddie Davies Educational Trust School will be a sixth form for 400 pupils while Bolton UTC will specialise in health sciences and engineering technologies for students aged 14 to 19.

Located on the Bolton Arena sports complex and Reebok Stadium – and supported by Whites chairman Phil Gartside – the Wanderers-backed school will specialise in sports and business.

It will focus on English and maths for students who do not achieve a grade C in their GCSEs.

Among other qualifications, an International Baccalaureate Career Certificate in Professional Sports will also be available to students.

The government has alsod Bolton UTC as one of six newly approved university technical colleges (UTCs) which will be opening across the country over the next two years.

They want to show how good they are first in clearing up the personal depts first before putting money into sports and business for kids

Because they are certainly not leading well by example!

Mark Worsley, from accountants CLB Coopers chartered accounts, said: “The benefits from a company changing from being floated on the stock market and being private are obvious, as the firm clearly becomes a lot easier to control.

“One change is that private firms publish their accounts nine months after the year-end date of June 30, rather than six, so a football club in this position would publish accounts at the end of March rather than December.

“But I can’t see what benefits this would have to Wanderers.

“There are some administrative costs attached to being a PLC but we are only talking about a few thousand pounds.

“There can be less disclosure in accounts for private firms but the club may opt to publish their accounts as normal anyway.”

Wanderers confirmed the change would be voted on by shareholders at the AGM. Chairman Phil Gartside declined to comment before the meeting.

A club spokesman said: “The issue will remain between shareholders and the club until after the AGM.

The share holders should vote if cornered to go with this ltd company change

ONLY IF

The Chairman resigns and is not a share holder of the Ltd company or a director or ever employed or ever as a consultant as he led the plc company into financial dept as the book stops with the chairman.

Also in the Ltd company switch how many share will the original share holders get for their shares and how many shares will the ltd company issue and how many will it place a cap on !

that will f uck their business plan up because

they are either scare mongering the share holders into giving up the shares or the club will go into administration which is better than eddie or gartside getting their whole hands on the whole asset of the club and assets

or if leading the share holders into a ltd company the disclosure of info is limited so you will never know where the asset stripping can

what stopping the major share holder and the director of the ltd company if the share holder agree to the agm for the likes of gartside and eddie selling the stadium to a seperate property company or even to the fa or an american stadium property developer and owner just to create funds for them selves and leaving bolton in the same boat as coventry city was when they had to rent the rioch stadium and had no chance of earning any commercial revenues from the stadium all profits went to the owners of the stadium.

The evidence is infront of you so do smething about it and say no No No !

And prove to them that there is a lost of trust or confidence in the running of the club or the confidence in the intentions of the private discussions of the owner and the chairman

jimmy if he has that attention deficit syndrome you speak of hows the poor chap going to be able to satisfy himself on here?not saying he aint got it but I think its coupled with schitszophenia because he mostly answers his own posts,and when others reply to him its usualy to take pi ss suppose that is the craved attention though.the guy is looking for were I live you know,so stalker syndrome we could throw in the mix.but my favourite klassers medical problem I believe is multiple personality disorder backed up with narcistic ideolization with complications of severe obsessive mastabatury incest driven neurologilcal phychoma.there we ave jimmy we could have been doctors and had more money than him did you know at least one of his personalitys is minted?imagine if they all were he could devize a finantial masterplan to buy the wanderers,problem with that though would be when it went more ti ts up than it is now how would we know who to blame

jimmy ive just read my post and am confused myself by most of it I cant blame the demon drink for this one that's for my evening posts when im confused in a morning I just blame my tramadol medication.
