Yes Baw Heid today's papers say that Dundee is indeed the club that hold the balance of power with their delayed vote.

How friendly Partick have managed to get with ICT and how this proposition affects ICT ? Of course , have Hearts managed to find an ally in ICT also ?
Reading the papers this morning it seems that it is Dundee who are withholding their vote and they are reported to be saying " We believe that no member club should be worse off as a result of this proposal". So clearly they do want any clubs relegated as a consequence but imagine the furory in Dundee if they eventually vote against it resulting in Dundee United not being promoted. It could spark civil disorder in that city. Wow!!!!

Wow indeed Spike. Crazy days. I Hope common sense will eventually prevail, the resolution will be passed in all four divisions and some form of (long overdue) reorganisation will happen to preclude the necessity for any relegations. That would likely leave Sevco in a minority of one. Tough luck.

Common sense seems to have disappeared out the window and Scottish football is yet again in complete turmoil. Dundee, according to the ICT Chairman, submitted their no vote before the 5 pm deadline to add to those of Inverness and Partick Thistle which would have resulted in the rejection of the proposal only for the authorities to say that they never received it at all. Now Dundee have imposed a news blackout therefore nobody knows what has happened and where we go from here. You couldn't make it up.

Yet again the pantomime that is the SPFL prevails.
I reckon that Dundee's vote was received but the SPFL couldn't accept that the vote wasn't getting the green light.

    I reckon that is rubbish
The SPFL needed clarity. The mystery of the Dundee vote leaves them in the worst of all positions. They can’t with any real purpose propose anything else to go forward given the initial proposal hasn’t been rejected yet. Don’t get me wrong they are a dreadful organisation and publishing the voting results for a vote that isn’t complete is unforgiveable and plain wrong on so many levels. The man in charge should resign.

Couldn't agree more Dob. Publishing the vote before it is complete is astonishing
