    He and the club are focused on the "here and now", but also focused on doing their research on players that could do a job in the future. He has tried to move into a modern way of playing the game, players comfortable on the ball and playing the ball out from the back.     We need to be a bit slicker and up the pace little pedestrian at times won't get so much time if we go up.
