"You have games like that throughout the season but unfortunately for Motherwell we've had two or three too many."

This is his quote from the BBC website when referring to games like the ICT game yesterday when saying that we failed to move the ball well enough - seriously is this guy for real? Two or three too many??? More like 10 or 11 too many where we have failed to pass the ball around enough and create chances.

We desperately need to get a result next Saturday if for nothing else than to generate some revenue from advancing in the cup - hopefully Black can do something that McCall really failed on at his time at Fir Park - winning important games in the cup and generating revenue for the club. Suspect though that Utd will be out for revenge after us beating them a few weeks back.

Agree that its much more than 2 or 3 games! KB also said "It was hard work watching that today and I feel for the supporters that travelled up. They showed a lot more enthusiasm than some of our lads". If thats the case then there's something seriously wrong. The least we can expect is for the players to show some enthusiasm.

Don't know about United wanting revenge. I saw our recent win as revenge for our defeat earlier in the season at Tannadice. All square.

You've got to think utd won't let us off the hook this time around. We only papered over the cracks when we beat them last time.

Black was part of the team that put us in the hole we are in!!!! Get him out asap. He couldn't do a job at Airdrie and then we employ him - where is the logic in that? One thing that Motherwell have not shown any of is logic when employing McCall (poor cv), Black (awful cv). Recent signings during McCall term - only two of note - Higdon and Nicky Law - the rest - Vigurs, McManus, Neilsen etc. - absolute cack!!!
