Could be Kent too that is highest paid perhaps. The proportional gulf between teams like us and the old firm is bigger than the proportional gulf between them and Englandshire teams.

Makes it even more impressive that our squad agreed their wage cuts, rather than deferrals, last season.

Na, not close. Maybe £25,000-30,000 max. Celtic just have to decide if its worth it or not (a keeper that hasn't played regularly for years is probably not worth it IMHO)

Probably isn't worth it now that they're out of the Champions League. A prime example of a team not doing they're transfer business in time, playing and managerial staff.

FWIW Joe Hart would absolutely spunk the Scottish Premiership. I'd be surprised if he came now for the above reason.

That's only if they are thinking in the short term. It may be worth it to win the league the next two seasons and get the Champions League group stages next season.
