Thread: Dominic Calvert-Lewin

    Dominic Calvert-Lewin

That’s a Mike Ashley signing, I’m not impressed at all by that. I’d much rather keep Wilson.

A 10 goal a season striker if stays fully fit, which he won’t.

i actually think, if fit with a good pre-season behind him, he could be a really good buy once Eddie gets his hands on him.

I guess it's that 'if fit' part that is the main issue.

I’ll be hugely disappointed if we sign him.

    Fk right off man.

Daft signing if true. Pure ocean going, 24 carat fkn stupidity. Pointless, he won't play many games.

Apparently Minteh going the other way too..

If this happens it's the worst bit of business the Saudis will ever do..

    Absolutely horrendous

    The Minteh bit is disturbing..

Trying to reconcile this del boy move in my mind

    Clutching at straws like.

    1) DCL may be over his injuries. He played more games last year than normal. 38 games.
    2) He would be cheap. One year left at a skint Everton.
3)6 years younger than Wilson with similar minutes played in 3 seasons but a
lesser goal ratio on a ****e Everton side.
4)Happy to accept 2nd fiddle to Isak
    5) He is canny when fit and a decent option as Wilson isva liability now and we need a quality option.

I will trust the better informed judgement of EH and the club on this. It may not he as crazy as it sounds and it might just be a master stroke.
