    England

I haven’t watched England play since that final game against Italy
Now watching England vs Denmark and I think we are so poor on the International front it’s like watching a poor third Division team play a top level team. There seems to be no midfield in this game and I can see the Danes scoring 3 or more goals in the second half

Absolutely appalling! No energy, poor passing, gave the ball away, slow. Basically, no idea.

There’s some good players but as a team we are very poor Denmark I feel should be the more disappointed in this 1-1 draw Denmark, England wide

Connor Townsand would have done a better job than one foot Trippier playing on the left .

Same old, same old. Is it Southgate or is it the players? Walker clearly deflecting any criticism away from Southgate in his interview but can't but agree with the commentators/pundits-unbalanced team, some players (Foden/ Bellingham) being used in the wrong position, sitting far too deep, poor passing, no incisiveness, pushed off the ball too easily, lack of energy, Kane great goal scorer but offers very little else etc. etc.

Bottom line is that we know a lot of these players can do so much better because they regularly do so for their clubs hence the frustration. Denmark are a decent side but not a great one and they made England look ordinary.

The big differences were that Denmark were better drilled, worked better as a team and were more aggressive. Surely three of the most basic ingredients needed for any success.
