Yougov poll has the Tories lead over Labour down to 6% .

    44% Tory

    38% Labour

Fecking hell it was 24% a month ago .

It's not the whole story isn't polls I'll accept that especially with four years to go before a GE .

Although I didn't question the 24% lead either because it looked about right to be fair .

Unprecedented times admittedly but feckin hell this honeymoon period lasted about as long as a Katy Price marriage .

Don't sack Dom , Johnson is the man .

Keep Calm and Carry On .

80 majority and 4 years to go it's not really a big deal.

Johnson has been disappointing so far though.

haha with fek ups like Cummings and Johnson accused of not going into lockdown quick enough and hammered on PPE and hes still 6% up.
lol shows what a shambles labour have become over the past few years.
early promise from KS needs kicking into gear or anther 4 years will be wasted. though im not holding my breath

Takes over from May, goes straight into brexit, coved-19 shows up, gets hospitalised, has a son, still sorting **** out.

Tell me you could have done better.

Can’t believe that people rather nit pick than look at the positives from yesterday’s briefing
Seems no one is interested in deaths declining or how tests are coming along.
Christ I know I can be stupid at times but some need to take a good look in mirror.

Before you start yes I know mistakes have been made, they still would have been made whoever was running the show.

Would err what’s next on the negative agenda

In the grand scheme of things doesn't matter what happens now, it what is happening in around four years time. If the economy is doing alright ans people are in jobs and can spend money on holidays pubs and the like then what is happening now won't count. People are not bothered what happened a few years ago. You only have to look what happened in Rotherham 1600 to 2000 child abuse victims raped and ***ually abused.

It's getting through the next four years where the government have problems .

I think it's pretty much accepted we are going to be hit with a recession nobody's seen unless they were around in the 1930's .

The Cummings thing is just a side show by comparison with what lays ahead .

He needs a trade deal with the EU that he can spin to make it look a good deal but given his present political postion he'll do well to pull that off .

I think there's just too much against him to be able to survive in the job much in to next year .

It's just a question of when the Tory Party can comfortably pin all the blame on his shoulders when it really does go tyts up .

They did this with May and when in opposition with IDS in 2003 .

I thought Shaun Cummings did ok a couple of years ago and he was never going to take the RB slot off Josh Emmanuel.

So calling him a disgrace is a bit harsh

It always amuses me that folks will make excuses here for the Tories but no allowance for Labour. Strange people think in a strange way. If Boris burnt their house down and ate their nan they would still say he's better than owt labour can put up. Blinkered or what?

And no it won't be alright in 4 years but it's like training a puppy sometimes you have to rub their noses in the shyte to realise they have not done the right thing
