    1. Will the Independent Panel find them guilty.
    2. If they are found guilty will the EFL have the balls to give the points deduction this season and not roll it over to next season.

I wonder who the rival clubs are that have complained the hearing was taking too long to organize.

Being totally selfish - deduction next season better for us - better now for those fighting relegation. Best outcome - Barnsley stay up and any deduction next season

The panel decide the penalty but ultimately the EFL have the last word.

Birmingham City's case was thrown out by the Independent Panel, the EFL thought differently and appealed although Birmingham ended up with a ' slap on the wrist '

Will Wednesday's have right of appeal if things don't go their way ?

Can Chansiri pretend to sell the ground to himself again (for several times it's actual value} and use the money (which he may receive in 8 years time) to buy some players for this season? Or can you only do that once?

I don't think that the efl do have the last word Casper. The Commission's decision can be appealed and taken to arbitration. The efl were not happy with the Commission's punishment to Bolton. They appealed but arbitration panel upheld the decision. The efl are now looking to incorporate a scale of sanctions within the rules to take it out of the hands of a disciplinary commission

Yes wrinkly that's what happened with Birmingham City, EFL went to arbitration and reversed the Panels decision.
What's the point of having an independent commission if it's not binding.
