Works being undertaken at Meadow Lane.

My old mate who goes to the pitch over the river , sent me a text asking what works are in progress at Meadow Lane.
I didn't notice anything at the Wimbledon game and embarrassingly can't give him an answer.
Anyone know anything or is he winding me up ??

Could be the prep for ripping up the pitch. I believe the infrastructure under the pitch needs massive work so potentially preparing for that in the summer?

Monorail phase 1 is starting - Meadow Lane to Victoria Shopping Centre - expected to take 1 year (the building of it not the journey time).

Phase 2 starting in July 2025 subject to being in League 1 and/or selling Jatta for 1.5 million.
