    Start from the top:
Hope the disinterested c unt in China sells up
    Hope Jenkins resigns
    Sack the recruitment team

Shan has done a good job but his inexperience has shown. Starting with Murphy again - he’s absolute s hite! Why can’t anybody else see this! I would not have taken Jay Rod off when it was heading for penalties whereas Vile brought on their best penalty taker! Whilst those three players are guilty for their own actions in sending offs - who controls the discipline? Those sendings have cost us. Not slating Shan as he’s come out with credit and would keep him but not appointing a decent manager has cost us!

I said previously the squad will be ripped up now so promotion next year will be much much harder especially with three good sides coming down.

We need to say goodbye to loan players apart from Gayle but can’t see him staying. Rondon will not want to come back for sure. Morrison needs to go as can’t afford his wages for so few games fit. HRK needs to go. For sure some players will want to better themselves too...,

Will we spend - no! Will a really good proven manager come back in like Houghton - no! It will be Shan or Appleton!

In life you get what you pay for.

On a final note - the lads gave everything last night except Murphy and was proud. I would make Shan an assistant too for an experienced manager to come in!

    Appoint Shan permanently.

Sell any players who don't want to be at the club.

Invest player sales wisely into new recruitment. Especially legs in the middle of the park.

Integrate youth with the older pro's for next season.

I honestly believe that the biggest positive would be to be rid of Lai. Problem is that it won't be easy. He's going to want to recoup his money and he won't care how he does it. He has been an unmitigated disaster. What owner turns up for one game in a season and doesn't even bother to come when his side are involved in the two most important games in our recent past. The man is a disgrace!

Reduce expectations for the season a head......Build honestly and truthfully for the future....perhaps in a game that does not rely only on money for success....use youth mostly with a sprinkling of experience. Dont lend players out if at all possible...give them game time now.
Take Premiership loans wisely and coach players to be comfortable with the ball...as well as pass properly. We must have been one of the worse passing teams in this league this season.
Teach a good footballing work ethic......you must work at football...not just play football...and you must do it for a full match.
And possibly most important of all.....teach concentration to players.......been sporadic in a game is a bad trait. Focus,focus....and more focus...
Have a good close season people.....and enjoy life...

Leko and Harper significantly weakened us last night. Not up to big games. Too much youth next season and we will be in division 1. Mostly experience with the introduction of youth when they have shown they can contribute and not just run around chasing shadows. Anyone remotely like Ashley Barnes is worth integrating. Not up to it? Reserves.

I can't understand the desire for Houghton to get the job. Not popular in Brighton due to his Pulis like set up, far too defensive. 3 wins in the last 23 games.

He’s a decent manager!!! We should have taken Smith before he went to Villa with his success at Brentford but would not pay the money! We sacked Moore but failed to line up a better option. In life you get what you pay for! Shan has done a decent job but he’s certainly no Smith and as much as I hate Villa - look how they are playing and the quality all over the pitch! More importantly they have new owners who will invest. Our owner has no interest and unless he goes - we will continue to go down the pan especially with his puppet Jenkins at the helm!

Could Smith have done the same with our squad? When you look at at the last 2 games how many clear cut chances did Villa create.? For 70 mins on Saturday and 80 mins last night until we ran out of steam Shan outwitted Smith as they don't have a plan B.
